We are having a very small ceremony and don't want lots of guests there that aren't close friends or family. It's not that we don't have the room or space for them, we just want the ceremony to be small and intimate. I don't like being the center of attention, and especially not in front of a lot of people I hardly ever see.
But we are having a big reception and want everyone who would like, to come to that and celebrate with us. How do we tactfully word that on our invitations? Or do we only send invites for the ceremony to some people and different invites to everyone else? This has been a huge conversation with my friends and family...anyone have any ideas? Thanks!
